About Founders Academy
Founder Academy English Medium School began in 2013 as a preschool with a simple but powerful vision: to give young children a strong, caring, and high-quality English-medium foundation. In 2015, we took a major step forward by enrolling our first Standard 1 class, marking the beginning of our primary school journey.
Since then, the school has grown steadily, but our purpose has remained the same: to provide quality education that develops learners academically, socially, morally, and emotionally
Our Journey at a Glance
2013 – Founder Academy opened as a preschool.
2015 – We enrolled our first Standard 1 class and began our primary education journey
2021 - Our first Standard 7 class registered for PSLE. We achieved a 100% pass rate and Position 1 in the Kgatleng Region.
2022 – We achieved a 100% pass rate and Position 2 in the Kgatleng Region.
2023 – We achieved a 100% pass rate and Position 1 in the Kgatleng Region.
2024 – We achieved a 100% pass rate and Position 2 in the Kgatleng Region.
2025 – We achieved a 100% pass rate and Position 5 in the Kgatleng Region.

We believe true success includes giving back. Through initiatives such as donating beds to Matebele Clinic and establishing a car park at Matebele Police Station.
Our Pride: Consistent Academic Excellence
One of our greatest prides is the performance of our learners in the Primary School Leaving Examinations (PSLE). From 2021 to 2025, our learners achieved a 100% pass rate every year. We have consistently ranked among the top schools in the Kgatleng Region, including Position 1 in 2021 and 2023, Position 2 in 2022 and 2024, and Position 5 in 2025.
These results are more than numbers to us. They reflect the hard work of our learners, the dedication of our teachers, the support of our parents, and our unwavering commitment to nurturing young minds.
